Why we verify from a physical sample, not a spec sheet
A GSM figure or a shade code reads the same on paper whether or not the mill can actually hit it at scale. Send us a physical sample — yarn cone, fabric swatch, or a handful of cocopeat — and we return a verified counter-sample from the producing mill within 15 days, matched against your original piece for hand, weight and shade.
That 15-day window is a standing commitment, not a best-case estimate. It holds whether the order is running through our own production line or through one of the mills we hold a direct relationship with.
One contact instead of five factories
We are the sourcing and export desk between you and the producer. If we manufacture the line ourselves, the counter-sample comes from our own floor. If it does not, we place it with the mill in our network built for that product, inspect it on arrival, and you still deal with one contact instead of chasing five factories directly.
Counter-sample turnaround: 15 days from physical sample received
From sample to shipment
| Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
| Day 0 | Physical sample received at the desk |
| Day 15 | Verified counter-sample returned for sign-off |
| On approval | That piece becomes the reference standard |
| Pre-dispatch | Shipment inspected against the approved counter-sample |
After the sample is approved
Once you sign off on the counter-sample, that exact piece becomes the reference standard the shipment is inspected against before it leaves for Tuticorin, Cochin or Chennai. Nothing in the spec changes between approval and container without the desk raising it with you first.
