Siva Traders is a sourcing and export desk in Tamil Nadu. We manufacture select lines ourselves and source the rest from trusted mills in Thirupathur, Pallipalayam, Karur and Tiruppur. The three parts below are one chain: yarn is spun into fabric, and fabric is cut and sewn into garments. Take one stage or all three, and deal with one contact instead of five factories.
Yarn
Everything starts on the spinning floor. We supply combed and carded cotton yarn from 6s to 80s Ne, spun in Thirupathur and shipped on cones, so your fabric starts with a count you can verify. Tell us the count, the twist and the end use, or post us a cone. We match it to the mill that runs that count every day and return a verified counter-sample in 15 days.
An uneven count shows up as streaks in knits and weak spots in wovens, so each lot is checked against your sample before it is packed. Cones go out in cartons or bags, labelled by count and lot.

Fabrics
Yarn becomes cloth in Pallipalayam and Karur. We source woven poplin and twill and knitted jersey and terry, finished to the weight and width on your spec. Send a swatch, or a GSM and a weave, and the desk finds the unit that can run it. You get one quote and one contact, not a mill-by-mill chase.
The weaving and knitting units here run anything from small trial lengths to full-container orders. We hold the relationships, not the stock, so cloth is made to your order and inspected before it ships.

Garments
Cloth becomes product in Tiruppur. We cut and sew knit tees, polos, fleece and joggers to your pattern, with your labels, trims and packing. Share a tech pack or a sample garment and we return a counter-sample in 15 days. Sizes, decoration and packing are agreed before bulk starts.
Inspection happens before the cartons are sealed, and the customs paperwork travels with the shipment. The same desk handles buyers in Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Hungary and the UAE.

It depends on the part: from 5 tonnes of yarn, 1,000 m of fabric, and 1,500 to 3,000 pieces per garment style. Mixed counts, GSM or sizes can be combined into one container when the base quality is the same. Tell us the spec and the desk confirms the exact figure.
Post us a physical sample and we return a verified counter-sample in 15 days. The written quotation follows within 24 business hours of your spec. Sample cost and courier are agreed up front and can be credited against a confirmed order.
